We Are A Friendly Children’s Dentistry in Mississauga

Early dental experiences are the building blocks for a lifetime of great oral health. At Britannia Dental Care we strive to make this first dental visit as fun, educational and easy as possible! We recommend bringing your child as soon as they start teething, so they can become familiar to the dental environment.

Your little ones will be pampered with little luxuries such as reward stickers, ‘cavity free’ certificates, and goodie-bags. Your son or daughter will be entertained in our reception play area with toys, books, and crayons. We also offer tablets with games or Netflix available to help make our patients more comfortable while in the office.

What children’s dental treatments do we offer?

As a children’s dentistry, our dentists offer many of the same treatments for children as we do for adults. However, we recommend some treatments for kids to protect, and enhance their oral health at this important time. What can you expect for your child’s first visit to Britannia Dental Care?

Your child’s appointment is tailored to their personality and age. Because it’s important for our team to build trust with your child, we use encouraging and positive language throughout your child’s first and subsequent appointments. 

Our dentist engages with your child and counts their teeth then teaches them how to brush. If they are over the age of two, we perform a clean, and take necessary x-rays to diagnose any abnormalities or cavities.
